I will be updating the original post.
Here is the latest edition of the rules and regulations:
Warning Spoiler!1) Players will be contacted five days before their match. They are given an initial timeslot which can be changed if both players agree. However, changing of timeslots can only be done within that day and the match must still be played on the same given matchday. Concerning the preliminaries, all players must finalize all of their timeslots during that day.
2) Offracing is allowed. However, players must finalize their races during the day they are contacted. Concerning the preliminaries, players are only given that day to finalize for the entire phase and must also be specific. Concerning BoX series, players may use different races for each set. Changing races during countdown results to disqualification.
3) Players must join the game created by a referee on the final match timeslot. Failure to join after five minutes will result to default.
4) All players must use the iCCup Launcher and have LAN Latency enabled.
5) No multiple or shared accounts. If it is proved that the player’s account have been used by someone else, the man of straw gets a disqualification from the league.
6) Using software that is likely to give advantage over other players is classified as cheating and is punishable by disqualification from the league.
7) Any form of chat is allowed. However, disrespectful messages are restricted and the referee of the match may disqualify the player.
8) Players may request for a pause at any time during the game. Only referees are allowed to pause and resume the game.
9) Disconnection during the first three minutes of the game will be resolved by a regame with the same races. If the game gets disconnected after three minutes, the players decide between themselves if regame is necessary. However if the players do not come to an agreement, the referee can decide for a regame or declare a winner. A player will receive a tech loss if he drops from the game three times.
10) All games are to be analyzed for any undetected hacks and/or smurfs.
